Guests enjoy a designated parking spot and their own garden gate entrance. Chico's 'Golden Triangle' is situated between Bidwell Park & Downtown, making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town. Mature trees, shaded sidewalks, and craftsman homes offer a pleasant backdrop for a stroll to dinner or a lunch in the park.
The Magnolia Guesthouse & balcony is your own private space. The mature and manicured garden is shared, however there is a separate seating area for Magnolia guest's private use.
The lower level of the building is not occupied and is used for storage.
Please be mindful of noise when checking in, please no loud voices or car doors slamming.
