    I had a great experience staying at Best Western. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service.     I recently stayed at the Best Western Heritage Inn in Chico and had a very positive experience. Angela, the General Manager, provided outstanding professional service and support throughout my visit. Sarah, the morning receptionist, was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made starting each day pleasant. The self-serve coffee area remained fresh and well-stocked all day. The hot tub was perfectly heated and relaxing, the king-size bed extremely comfortable, and the walk-in shower offered plenty of hot water. Breakfast featured a generous buffet with excellent variety and quality. Housekeeping did an exceptional job keeping the room clean and tidy every day. The property offers great views and a convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
