Located just east of downtown Naples, only 3 miles to fabulous 5th Avenue shopping/dining. Very private screened pool area on quiet street. Recently remodeled with luxurious memory foam mattresses, newer furniture and more! The salt-water, heated pool is perfect for those days when you don't want to make the effort to get to the beach.
This pet-free, smoke-free spacious home has exceptional furnishings and plenty of parking. You will enjoy the very private and large 14′ x 28′ heated pool with vaulted screened pool enclosure.
There are three bedrooms; a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom; and two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a twin bed and bunk bed that share the second bathroom.
Our home is a short 3 miles away from the famous 5th Avenue in Naples and the beautiful beaches! It’s close proximity to shopping, dining and all the great things Naples has to offer make this home a vacation or seasonal rental paradise.

The place was super clean and seemed newly renovated. Our kids loved the big pool. Host was responsive and easy to work with. The house is not in a luxury neighborhood but it is close to downtown Naples, beaches, and activities. The neighborhood is close to a private and public golf courses and school. Definitely safe for morning walks.

Awesome pool, great location to public golf and fantastic restaurants. Our favs were The Local, Mediterrano and The Dock at Crayton Cove. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Nice pool to come back to after a day at the beach. Beach about 12 minute drive. Definitely would recommend and stay again.
