3 miles (7 min drive) to 5th Ave/Tin CIty.. private 3 minute neighborhood walk to shopping plaza including Publix/Starbucks/Mexican/Italian restaurants! Peaceful pool and backyard, beautiful landscaping, outdoor dining with a heated pool!
3 Bedrooms with king bed, king bed, and 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa.
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Master suite with connecting full bathroom)
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
2.5 Bathrooms.
There is an outdoor shower in the pool area as well, to wash off after the beach!
The home is equipped with all necessary cooking/baking equipment (pots, pans, silverware, etc).
All Smart TVs in the home have Comcast cable on them (XFinity Stream app on the TV), but feel free to log in to your own accounts through the different streaming applications. Watch TV with a drink while floating in the heated pool!
4 adult bikes are at the house for you to bike around Naples (free with house rental) !
