The separate kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms are located on the upper floors. One features a double bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom, which has natural light, is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The parking space is located in the building’s underground garage (clearance height 2.00 m).
The accommodations are located in the seaside resort of Breege, just about 100 meters from the sea. The sandy beach is about two kilometers away. Restaurants are just about 200 meters away, while shopping and public transportation are each about 400 meters away. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, bike rides, and a variety of water-based activities. The area also offers opportunities for excursions, water sports, and nature observation.
