Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, on the decks or in the garage. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (5) vehicles, four (4) in the driveway and one (1) in the garage. No additional parking is provided.
A Ring doorbell camera and another camera are installed outside covering the entrance and driveway.
Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

Truly an amazing house with stunning views. The house was well equip and stocked with everything you need. The check in process was very easy and the property manager communicated and responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

The bedroom explanation in your description was alittle confusing. We were not sure if there were 6 bedrooms with privacy doors until we actually arrived.Thank you. We had a great stay.Kirk

This property is just as described. It's a duplex with a mirror image next door (currently for sale).The elevator is very handy for those of us with bad knees. It's small though, no more than 2 or 3 people or one person and luggage. The beach is very close and lovely, decks and hot tub in good shape and plenty of seating. The only thing I'd say is that while the pier is close to the house via the beach, you do have to walk along the side of the road (no shoulder) to access the pier itself through the store, and it does cost 4/person/day as it is privately owned. We found quite a few small shark teeth on the beach. The AC works great and the kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfy. Not many beach chairs for a large group. I think there were 4 that worked. Great time had by all!
