Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, on the decks or in the garage. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (5) vehicles, four (4) in the driveway and one (1) in the garage. No additional parking is provided.
A Ring doorbell camera and another camera are installed outside covering the entrance and driveway.
Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flamingo Villa! Great location and plenty of space for our party of 9. Beach access is steps away, the elevator made carrying luggage and groceries simple, hot tub was a fan favorite, and the large table was perfect for family dinners. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Flamingo Villa! So much room to spread out, fully stocked kitchen for making all our meals, outstanding views from the decks…we loved walking right out to the beach and the elevator was so helpful for the older folks in our group. Host responded right away to answer our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and definitely recommend!

We've stayed many times on the North Carolina coast and this was, by far, one of the loveliest and well stock homes we've ever rented. The views of the beach and sound are spectacular. Everything was so clean and the management was very responsive. We'll definitely stay here again.
