The lower beach-level space—accessed via exterior stairs—sits right at the sand and includes additional sleeping accommodations with a king bed, queen bed, and futon, along with a third bathroom. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from three levels and multiple west-facing decks, perfect for watching unforgettable sunsets. Spend your days relaxing on your private beach, swimming in the surf, or enjoying fun amenities like ping pong, cornhole, sand toys, and a surf-themed outdoor shower. Conveniently located near Buccaneer Beach and the Oceanside Pier, you're just minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment while still enjoying a private coastal retreat. The home also includes beach gear for your convenience. Please note there is no A/C, but fans and heaters are provided for year-round comfort. Parking includes a garage for a mid-size car, space in front of the garage, and additional street parking.

Great home on the beach in Oceanside. We enjoyed our stay and the direct access to the ocean. At low tide you can walk down the steps to beach area below but at high tide the waves come up to the rocks. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing and using the fire pit were our favorite things. Feel like a local staying beachfront in Oside.

A Perfect Oceanside Retreat – Unforgettable Views and Comfort!Our stay at 1113 Pacific Street in Oceanside, California, was nothing short of spectacular! This two-story, two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront home exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and stunning ocean views.From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the prime location—right on the beach! The home boasts two covered balconies and a spacious patio, where we spent countless hours soaking in the coastal breeze and watching surfers effortlessly ride the waves just steps away.One of the highlights of our stay was the fire pit on the patio. The host went above and beyond by providing firewood, making it incredibly easy to gather around with friends and family. With six comfortable chairs, we enjoyed unforgettable evenings by the fire, sipping our favorite drinks, and watching the sun sink into the Pacific—a truly magical experience!Another fun amenity was the ping pong table, complete with paddles and balls provided. It was a great source of entertainment and even gave us a good workout between beach strolls and sunset watching!The living quarters were fantastic, featuring two big-screen TVs, perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook a gourmet meal if we didn’t feel like heading out.
