Beach stay was amazing! We traveled from Az for a spring break vaca! Beautiful views, very spacious & quiet neighbors! You could leave the windows open and hear the ocean all night! Property manager is very communicative and attentive.

This place was amazing! The house had everything we needed and then more than we ever expected. From the private beach, to the bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, sand toys, binoculars, etc. We were so comfortable and enjoyed every minute in this amazing condo. We will def be back!

This townhouse was nicely renovated and well appointed with everything you would need for a vacation stay. However, it was a total surprise at the price point to arrive and find that the townhouse was not air conditioned. The temperature in the unit was 89 degrees when we arrived. When we called the owner she said “we’re having unusually hot weather”. Unfortunately, it was hot the entire week. The temperature inside the h unit never reached below 88 for a week even with windows open and 6 fans going. To her credit, the owner installed a temporary air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms so we could get relief. But it was so incredibly noisy that we had a broken sleep for the whole duration of the heat wave. Location wise, the unit was right on the water with lovely sunset views. But it was a stretch of Oceanside that had practically no beach and my elderly husband could not stand in the waves for fear of being knocked down. All in all, a good change of pace but we would not stay here again.
