Each bedroom is uniquely themed, offering a serene retreat. The Sand Harbor and Seacoast rooms feature king-sized beds, while the Cove room offers a full bed, and the Barnacle room has a queen bed. All bedrooms are accompanied by their own full bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience.
The property boasts a private deck with panoramic doors, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and stunning views. The outdoor area includes a BBQ grill, allowing you to cook up a feast while taking in the coastal ambiance.
The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units.

This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

We had a great time staying at this property. The beachfront patio made the ocean breeze and waves crashing sound so nice. We were lucky enough to come during a slow week as we only had neighbors upstairs from us and they never came down to use the patio area. Otherwise, the patio area is shared across all 4 units.My only qualm is that the AC in the house was not working great. We had it on day 1 and it worked but the rest of the week the house never felt cool. The bedroom upstairs has a stand alone unit which is really loud but I quite liked it because it served as a white noise for me since the rest the house echoed. Luckily keeping the window open kept the house relatively cool but my friends who stayed downstairs did say the rooms get a little warm at night. Also, the firepit shown in the photo and video have been blocked off with a fence since the stairs leading down to the beach have been destroyed by mother nature. There is a secondary elevated fire place on the grassy part which you can still sit around and roast marshmallows. For all my remote workers, the internet worked great in the downstairs part of the house but if you go into the bedrooms, it's hard to hold a video conference call. We had 3 people working remotely in the house and all 3 of us sat in the living area and our overall internet speed was about 110+mbps download but a 14mbps upload so you might have to negotiate bandwidth if you have multiple people using the wifi for work.The beachfront team was super responsive to any/all questions via phone and text. We had trouble getting in using the code they provided but they were able to help us troubleshoot and get inside the unit in no time.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
