About this apartment rental
**NOTE: A project to recoat the south balcony is scheduled to begin in October. During the days a stack will be in work, the access to the balcony will be restricted. Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

The view of the beach was amazing. There’s a palm tree lined yard below so there is limited pool noise. The unit feels like home with comfortable furniture and is nicely decorated. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything was clean and fresh. The host was quick to respond and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we booked a stay for this fall.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo and my communication with the owner, Sharon. From the first conversation to the last Sharon was very responsive and helpful. This trip was all about peace and healing for myself, my husband and my Dad after the loss of my Mother in March of 2025 and waking each morning to the beautiful oceanfront was just the peace we needed. I have absolutely no complaints as this condo is beautiful and clean and in a great location! We hope to make this a yearly trip and will definitely rent this condo each time! Just awesome!

Both sinks in MB would not drain. I did find drain cleaner And it helped a little. But they both need attention
