Regency Isle is a Gulf Front condo building located in Orange Beach, Alabama between the Perdido Pass Bridge and the Alabama/Florida State line. Condo #604 is a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 6th floor. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full appliance package and has a breakfast nook with small table as well as a large dining room table. There is also a wet bar in the hallway with a free standing ice maker. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and offers amazing views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows. The oversized balcony has 2 lounge chairs and 4 top table and chairs!

We enjoyed our stay 100%. Only complaint was we didn't get to stay longer. The balcony is large and an enjoyable place to hang out and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. Plenty of places to eat close by. Comfortable bed, clean, well maintained. No bother from anyone around us. Pool area was cleaned and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight. Small vehicles are no issue but full size pick ups have a very tight fit. Manageable though so that was okay. Had a great time and enjoyed the location as well as the beautiful setting.

Condo floors were filthy - feet were black after walking on them but were not after I found the mop and cleaned. Bed was very uncomfortable in master. Appliances worked. Condo beach let people put umbrellas up in front of rented chairs. Condo could be nice with upgrades In beds and furniture but will not be staying here with family again. The agency handling the rental-Pritchett-was wonderful and very quick to respond. Will use them again
