The expansive private lawn is perfect for yard games, while the enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day easy.

All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor, including one bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each, comfortably sleeping six guests. The main floor features an eat-in kitchen and comfortable gathering spaces, while split A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, a gas grill, and linens provided with beds made upon arrival help make your stay as comfortable as it is memorable.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is such a sweet place! The short walk to the private beach is great and we loved using the fire pit as the sun set. Excellent all around!!!

Easy check-in starts an excellent vacation stay. Great location near a private beach which is dog friendly and two minutes walk. Cottage has old Cape Cod feel and appeal. Good base location to explore Cape cod restaurants and towns.Clean with good host support.I would recommend this cottage for couples and families.

We absolutely loved our stay for the second time at this charming cottage! It had so much old historical character while still feeling cozy and comfortable. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk to the bayside beach each evening and watch the beautiful sunsets with our dog. The whole atmosphere felt peaceful, warm, and intentionally built for slowing down and spending quality time together. If you’re looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with charm and personality, this is such a special place to stay!
