When we arrived at 4:20, the property had not been cleaned and the previous renters were far from a 5-star rating. We called the office and cleaners were there within five minutes. Upon our return, the place was immaculate. Then we turned on the TV — no internet service. Storms had nothing to do with it. The outside cable connection was disconnected. A service person came out the next morning, evaluated the situation and corrected the problem. But still there was no internet the first night (out of a two-night stay).
My husband and I were most comfortable, but we wouldn’t want to put anyone in the upstairs sleeping area. The air conditioner was ineffective generating no cool air. But the view of the cove was wonderful and the dock just great — even went for a swim! We also appreciate the compensation to our account for our first night’s dinner because of the check-in cleaning mishap. Would we come back again ??? Yes.

This house was perfect for our stay in Cape Cod. Beautiful view of the pond , close to Orleans restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a wonderful stay
