Waterfront amazing views near beaches

Exceptional location, close to markets, restaurants, shops in Orleans. But the selling point is the location right on the Town Cove. The views are fantastic. Interior living and kitchen are very comfortable. We stayed in early May and the heating system worked fine. Cottage was very clean and communications from Del Mar were very helpful. We have been coming to the Cape for 40+ years, are previous owners, and would asolutely return to this property in future visits.

Lack of reading lamps in the living area (this seems to be typical of vacation rentals). We moved some from the extra bedrooms. Lack of electrical outlets near the beds and no adjacent night tables, so devices could not be charged and within reach overnight. Future renters should be aware that although the listing included washer and dryer, these amenities did not exist. The dock was listed as seasonal and in fact was not installed by May 11th. Umbrella table and chairs on the deck would be more useful than the two chaises.
