About this house rental
Japanese mordern style of decoration. Heart of Henderson! Within 15 mins to most of the Las Vegas sightseeing, the strip and the Airport! We're just down the road from Sunset Station Casino and we're very closed to a big shopping and entertainment Galleria mall. The house has an easy-going atmosphere perfect for travelers, students, & professionals. Everything you need to cook, clean, and take care of yourself is here.

At 2,000 square feet of living space and one story house with spaceious front and back yard. The house is good for around 10 guests!
We provide premium cleaning! You don't need to do any cleaning! Just please dont make too messy. NO EXTRA check out list!!!
Your safety and enjoyment in our homes is our #1 Priority.
I will be available 24/7 during your stay and if you have any concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
**KEY FEATURES AND NOTES**
-Pets needs to be under 25 pounds! Please kindly clean up after pet potty, thank you!
-2 HDTVs
-Fully decorated and nice furniture
-We allow infants and kids but we does not provide kids equipment, thanks.
-1GIG Cox Wi-Fi connectivity
-2 car garage, 5 parking space
-Fresh linens, towels for 10 people
-Beds setup may be different from the photos. Bed sets up will be all whites.
- We will require a $150 refundable security deposit and $50 towels and linens fees sending to us via Airbnb. (Towels and linens fee are refundable too if all towels are not stained with unbleachable mark)
- NO TALKING LOUDLY over at the front yard and back yard and no extra guest stay at night. Use all parking space in the garage and driver way before parking in the street. Only 12 Guests are allowed in the house (Children count as guest too). Violation will result in a $1000 fine from the City and the Security team will be called to remove all guests. IF you get complaints by neighbors by the second time, you will be removed immediately.
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the house.
- Trash container will need to be stored in the side yard. We will have a co-worker come by to place the trash container into the side yard every Friday - Saturday.
- Please kindly put back any board games after you play. Thank you!
Other things to note
— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules. Please also maintain the noise volume to a minimum level and respect your neighbors!
— There is one walk-in closet out of service for storage use.
— Please follow the check-in and check-out time. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs when communicated 48hrs in advance. To provide the best experience for the next guest, our professional cleaning team requires a 5 hour average turnaround time.
— Backyard security cam will activate if the noise volume exceeds the City Regulation.
— Please do not use towels and bed sheet for make up, dyeing, polishing shoes or leave any unwashable stain. If we have towel stained that is none-washable, we will have to charge you. We do not want to make your room rate too high, so please kindly take care of our towels. Thank you!

This is the second time staying at this property and from securing our stay to communicating with the attentive property manager made it a very pleasant stay. We had 5 people staying there and it was great to have our own beds!

Everything was fabulous next time I would have two different choices of towels to use no matter what you do with a white towel it's very hard to get the stains out so we did not use those towels we always bring our own but a lot of people do not that's my only complaint other than that everything was great everything there that you needed if you didn't bring anything

It's a spacious house and fit our needs for what we needed. Some of the cons were: I had to reach out to the host to find out the check-in process and get the code, was contacted during our stay that the landscapers would be there which I am not sure why it had to be scheduled during our stay as they were working right in front of the entrance, there are signs posted everywhere that remind you of things you can be fined for, the host stated no parking in the street as you will get fined but we saw the whole neighborhood parking in the street, and there are cameras on the outside of the house.
The house overall was comfortable, we didn't spend too much time in it as we were out and about. Stay was fine.
