Pool and spa heating are optional and cost **$5 per hour**. This rate applies whether you are heating the pool, heating the spa, or keeping either one warm after it reaches temperature.
The spa takes about **1 hour** to heat. The pool takes about **16 hours** to fully heat. Heating instructions will be sent separately before your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule. Please reach out at least 48 hours before arrival to request it.

My family had a wonderful stay. We truly appreciated the clear instructions and the easy access in and out of the house.The amenities were excellent, including the multiple bedrooms and the well-stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, spices and condiments. We also thoroughly enjoyed the multiple TVs throughout the home and the pleasant, secure backyard. The pool and the relaxing atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience.Thank you again for your hospitality

This host was exceptional at communication! The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious and was stocked with lots of extras. It has a great floor plan and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating option and large kitchen! Patio and pool are a great size too.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was very nice. Lots of labels in the kitchen to help you find anything you might need! Everything was very clean.The only challenge I had was that there is a no-shoes-upstairs policy, but the carpet upstairs is so tall/thick that things can hide in there. One member of our party lost a chain necklace on the floor and couldn't find it! In the MBR I stepped on a penny (no big deal) but unfortunately also on a sharp tack-like thing, 1/2" long. Luckily it didn't go all the way into my foot! So I might suggest bringing some very clean crocs or fipflops etc to wear upstairs-only. And be careful not to drop anything small! Overall it was really nice, though, and I would stay there again.

As we previously discussed there could have been several improvements in communication and overall efficiency of the property. The refund for the first night is appreciated but it doesn't outweigh the inconveniences experienced by my guests and I. We are easy going and don't require much so it doesn't feel good to have to constantly ask for updates or just basic communication in a timely manner.
