The house was clean and the layout was perfect for us and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and near a park with nice walking trails.

We really enjoyed our stay! I especially appreciate they had a pack n play for our baby. Too cold to swim but the kids really enjoyed the play area. There was enough beds and space for 7 of us and two dogs. Host was responsive before, during and after our stay. Very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax when you need a break from the Las Vegas lights, it’s a great place to chill with the family. Look forward to visiting again on the next family vacation.

Communication from hosts was quick and very helpful. House was adequate but very sparsely furnished. There were no washcloths, no kitchen towels, no soap in 1 bathroom sink soap container, no (2) futons as stated, front porch light was either burnt out or not working. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and found this kitchen difficult to cook in. Generally there are a few spices, salt and pepper, a can or more of misc foods, maybe flour, sugar etc. the only thing here was coffee filters and a bottle of vegetable oil. The skillets were in poor shape although pots and pans were limited in number, they were in good shape.
Again, hosts were GREAT to work with but the house was too sparse for us.
