About this house rental

Summary:

Located in an upscale neighborhood, and only 4 miles to the Airport. Step into luxury at this meticulously renovated private art-filled villa in Las Vegas. Enjoy the large pool and spa, and parking for up to 5 cars. RV parking available. High quality mattresses and pillows. A special art selection created for this property. Lots of outdoor space. This home is an idyllic sanctuary, perfect for creating memorable social media stories or simply unwinding in style. Fully Licensed.



The Space:

6 bedrooms total with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 6 queen beds in the other rooms. There are 3 completely remodeled full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are downstairs.

There is a pool, large hot tub heated 24/7, a game room in the Club House, and a wet bar. The spacious 3 car garage is air conditioned also. There is additional parking for 2 more cars in the RV parking area. Fast WiFi throughout the house.



Beautifully remodeled in 2020. We chose the furniture and decoration from the finest manufacturers and designers. The artwork is provided by a well known pop artist. Smart LG TVs and smart Nest thermostats and Modern Forms ceiling fans take care of your comfort.



Lots of space inside and out. Large windows and vivid colors make this house bright and a pleasure to be in. Black out shades in every room and the highest quality of pillows (4+ per bed) guarantee that you have a good night sleep.



Entertainment: Each room has a smart LG TV. These TVs come with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and many other streaming apps. There is also a free cable-tv-like app called LG Channels.

There are leafy trees on both sides of the swimming pool, so please be prepared that there will be always some amount of leaves in the swimming pool.

There is a smart vending machine by the entrance that tracks items using AI powered cameras inside the machine. It has some drinks, snacks, and travel essentials in case you forgot something at home.



Guest Access:

Garage and RV parking for your RV, van, boat or whatever you’d like to ride in or with.



Maximum of 3 cars in the garage, 2 on the driveway and 2 in the RV parking, a total of 7 parking spots!



You will have access to the entire property, everything is private, nothing is shared. We don’t provide propane for the fire pit or the grill, you’ll have to get the tanks refilled yourself at any gas station or Home Depot.



If an amenity is listed but you can’t find it, then it usually means that it’s available upon request, such as cribs, pack-and-plays floaties, etc.



The spa can be heated for a small charge.



No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.

The Neighborhood:

This property is located in an affluent and very safe part of Las Vegas yet it’s only 10 minutes to the airport and the Strip. Uber and deliveries come fast.



Getting Around:

Best to use Uber so you can safely enjoy the Strip while you park 3 cars in the garage and 2 more in the side parking of the house.

SAFETY

Our property is rigorously disinfected using Lysol, Clorox, and UVC light for your safety. Our housekeeping staff strictly adhere to safety measures by wearing masks and gloves during their work. Additionally, we have a dedicated security company actively monitoring the exterior of the house and prepared to ensure your safety at all times.



BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR

No parties, no outside guests / visitors / unregistered guests or loud music on the patio.



AFTER THE BOOKING

Your reservation will be integrated into our reservation management system, which enhances the check-in procedure. To access your check-in details and lockbox codes, please log in to our portal using your last name and arrival date. You will also be required to complete a brief online occupancy agreement and upload a copy of your ID. We will provide you with the portal link once your booking has been confirmed.



REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that circumstances do not meet your expectations, we are committed to swift and diligent efforts to rectify the situation. It's important to remember that occasional issues may arise, as we are all human. Nevertheless, please be aware of the following limitations:

We do not issue refunds except if an amenity or cleaning issue exists, and it is reported to us in the reservation’s message thread, and we do not resolve the issue within 24 hours from the time it was reported. No calls, text messages, verbal communication or smoke signals are accepted to resolve cleaning or amenity issues for the purposes of refund eligibility. For amenity issues, the maximum refund for a single (or multiple) issue(s) reported after the 24-hour period will not exceed 10% of your nightly rate for the affected nights. In the case of a cleaning issue that is not resolved on the same day, the maximum refund cannot exceed 50% of your cleaning fee.



PERSONNEL

To keep your pool blue and your grass green regular maintenance is required. Consequently, you may occasionally notice the presence of landscapers, pool technicians, or maintenance personnel around your property. Typically, their visits are brief, lasting between 10 to 30 minutes, but in the event of an issue, they may require several hours to address it.



POOLS and SPAS

Our outdoor, uncovered pools and spas may not maintain the same level of cleanliness as indoor swimming pools. They are susceptible to natural elements such as leaves, wind-blown debris, rain, and the formation of algae. In our desert climate, the pipes and pool heaters must endure extreme temperature fluctuations, including freezing and melting conditions. In the event of a malfunction, it could take several days to procure necessary parts or schedule a technician.

Our pools undergo thorough cleaning and maintenance twice a week, as well as after storms. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time. If you require additional service, please inform us, and we will commit to resolving your request within 24-48 hours.

Pool heating is a gradual process, typically increasing by approximately 2 degrees per hour, depending on the external temperature. If the outdoor temperature is below 60 degrees, reaching a pool temperature of 80 degrees may not be achievable during your stay. However, you do have the option of pre-heating the pool; kindly make this request at least 3 days in advance for consideration.

Use the pool and spa at your own risk. No jumping in the pool. Shallow end 3.5 feet, deep end 6 feet.



HVAC system

The intelligent AC and heating system operates within a range of 72 to 78 degrees. This range aligns with the power company's guidelines to prevent power outages and safeguard the AC system from freezing. Furthermore, maintaining temperatures within this range promotes both your well-being and environmental conservation.

Absolutely amazing host. The place was better than advertised. My group had a great time and couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful the property was. The host also was very commutative and keeping us up to date on our check-in which we requested to be early. This one goes into the favorite if I ever head to Vegas again.

There were many different feels towards this property. The main home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the basic layout was efficient, and the home worked well for our group size. The game room, pool and spa were a different story. The game room had not been cleaned, the pool table had a ripped surface and was covered in what looked like bird seed. The pool was cold and filthy with leaves and rocks in it. The spa was dirty and cool (I took pictures to document everything when we got there). I did not complain as I didn’t see the pool table top being repaired in the short time we were there, the pool wasn’t a big selling point, and the spa turned out to be so small it would have barely held one person (it’s an inflatable type that is very shallow). We did plan on using the spa so that was disappointing. The yard is mostly concrete or pool (with a little bit of rock) which made it a less than desirable dog friendly house. Additionally there is nowhere to walk the dogs nearby. But what I will call the ugly was the checkin process that was not pre-disclosed, and especially frustrating since this home has a no refund policy (so you basically have to agree). To start with, you get an email from a online company stating all the rules that you have to agree to, you have to upload your drivers license to them, you are not allowed to park in the driveway or street or will be towed, and about 8 other things that were not known. More to say but not apparently only so many lette
