The Space:
Welcome to your private Las Vegas oasis, perfectly situated right on the golf course fairway. This spacious luxury villa blends resort-style amenities with modern comfort—ideal for families, friends, or groups looking to relax, entertain, and enjoy Vegas in style.

• The hot tub can be heated upon request for $75 per session
– Takes about 1 hour to heat and stays on for 1 hour
– Can be heated up to twice per day
• The pool is available year-round but is not heated, so it may feel chilly during colder winter months

• The pickleball court is original to the home and has a slight slope on the sides
• The back patio has cement cracks, making parts of it uneven

A loaner vehicle is available during your stay. We offer a Cadillac Escalade (seats 7–8) that can be dropped off directly at the property. Message us for availability and pricing.

Overnight guests: limit is 14. Property is 15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas Strip.
* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
*The fridge is not connected to a waterline due to leak risks. If you need an ice tray, we'll have one delivered within 24 hours.
All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)

Great place to stay in a nice part of Vegas area. Plenty local places to hang out and easy to jump to the airport, Strip, or Fremont St.

Pros: This was a fun house overall and the host was easy to communicate with. We really appreciated being able to check in early! We appreciated the ample seating inside and outside for large groups. The checkout process was really easy - we only had to take out the garbage which is very reasonable.Cons: The kitchen was oddly stocked - very limited food storage containers, no cleaning supplies, and no oven mitts. One of the coffee pots seemed broken, so we should have bought k cups instead of ground coffee. There was trash out by the pool when we arrived. Multiple people took cold showers throughout the weekend because we ran out of hot water (the showers didn’t get that hot in general though). Our biggest complaint, especially for the cost of this place and charging per day to heat the hot tub, was the hot tub didn’t get hot. The hottest it got was 85 degrees and we were all cold sitting in it. We were really disappointed this house was advertised to have a hot tub which ended up being a lukewarm tub of water at best.
