Welcome to this freshly renovated 2-bedroom apartment perched in the heart of Old Quebec, with stunning, unobstructed views of the port, the St. Lawrence River, and the mountains beyond. (CITQ Registration #007825)

The Space:

This just-renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sits on the main floor of a charming 4-storey hotel lovingly converted into tourist apartments. The property is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Quebec, so you can book with complete peace of mind — no surprises, no cancellation worries.

Parking is conveniently located at the back of the building on Hébert Street. The entrance is off the rear of the building, which is raised a level — so there are actually no stairs to climb to get in, making arrival easy and stress-free!

Step inside to a welcoming little foyer — a great spot to kick off your shoes and settle in. The two bedrooms sit just off the entrance: one features a cozy queen bed, and the other offers two queen beds with its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for families or groups. Further in, a gorgeous stone-and-wood living room, dining area, and kitchen invite you to relax and feel right at home. At the back you'll find a spacious bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities, plus a second bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.

A small heads-up: the Jacuzzi tub is currently not in service.

Guest Access:

You'll have full, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. Self check-in instructions and everything you need to get settled will be sent to you ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

You've landed in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Canada! Just steps from the heart of Old Quebec, you're a 5-minute walk from the iconic Château Frontenac, and only 200 meters from the shops, restaurants, and bars along Rue Saint-Jean and Côte de la Fabrique. Despite being so central, the street itself is quiet and residential — our converted hotel is the only business around, so you get the best of both worlds: peaceful nights and vibrant days.

Getting Around:

Old Quebec is wonderfully walkable, and all the key attractions are right on your doorstep. For trips a little further afield, Uber and taxis are easy to grab and the most convenient way to get around the city. If you're arriving by car, parking can be tricky in the old city — but don't worry, your spot at the building has you covered!

Other Things to Note:

This apartment is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Quebec (CITQ #007825), giving you a secure, worry-free stay with no risk of last-minute cancellations due to local regulations.

Interaction with Guests:

We're always here when you need us! Whether it's a question before you arrive or something that comes up during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help anytime.

My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting Quebec City. The apartment was much smaller than I anticipated, but it was still comfortable. The apartment’s proximity to all of the shops and restaurants in Old Quebec was perfect! You just walk down a hill and you’re there! There is also a parking spot in the back of the property for a car, but everything in Old Quebec is within walking distance. Just make sure to pack good walking shoes. My only complaint was that there was work being done right outside of the apartment, so there was a lot of noise that started early in the morning. Also, there is a somewhat busy narrow road in front of the building. Cars and tour busses zip through there often, so just be mindful when walking on that sidewalk. Despite these complaints, we did enjoy our time there, and would definitely return if we are in the area again.

Everything you need after a long day of work or travel to comfortably relax and recharge, without the hassles.

It is a nice spot to stay as it is close to many of the sights. Very clean newer bathrooms. The rustic original stone walls were amazing next to the new refurbished walls. The only downside were small ants seen on the floors and construction right out your front windows, which is where the bedrooms are. We were given the incorrect number code to get into the apartment. Standing in the rain with the incorrect numbers was not fun. But after a phone call from the lobby we were given a correct code, so it did eventually work out. I would still recommend staying there as the apartment is nice and with two full bathrooms and bedrooms . The kitchen area was very clean and had everything you could want.

Was very disappointed with the property which was discussed with Camilo. We were told before we arrived there was construction by the property, and when I asked about it, I was told it was almost completed. That was not the case at all. Also the description of the property stated a river view which was not the case. The construction had a big wall built so there was no view, only large construction equipment. You could not keep the blinds open for light because construction workers were walking by all day. Please we were woken up each morning around 6:30 AM with loud voices from the construction workers outside out window. The beds are similar to futon mattress. The bath inside the one bedroom did not have heat, had to rely on bedroom heat. The apartment is very dark with the only windows in the bedroom. The apartment was clean and had a nice washer & dryer. Easy walking into the old town. We also asked the host if we could check in about an hour early and were told flat NO we do not allow early check in. It was a very cold day and we arrived at 3:00 PM we figured out how to get into the main entrance were there was a nice sitting area for us to wait until 4:00 PM to check in. One would have thought that would have been an option for them to tell us we could do.Just not a good experience overall. QC is beautiful and I wish we would have stayed in one of the nice hotels.
