Very nice, newly created 2006 3.5 bedroom duplex apartment for 4 - 5 people in independent old house part.
The house is situated in the historic village center of Guasti di Vernate. Quiet, private usable space directly, free of traffic in front of the house.
The apartment is accessed via a short external staircase. First, you enter the large living room with fireplace, a sofa and a modern kitchen with large dining table, guest toilet
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a sofa bed and a television in the gallery. Two lockable bedrooms with double beds, large closets. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
Shared use of a small pool in our neighboring property (distance 150 m). Table tennis and table football for free use. Motorboat shared:
Our new aluminum motorboat with 8 hp motor and a small cab at the nearby port of Magliaso available to our guests for a fee available. Lifejackets available in all sizes. The boat can be driven without a license. Maximum 6 people.

We stay in the house 3 days. It's perfect. The house has all the details that you can need. It's very comfortable and well located it's near Lugano. To find the house isn't easy, but the Franziska's indications are perfect. Without doubts I recommend this house. Franziska thanks for everything.
