Very nice, newly created 2006 3.5 bedroom duplex apartment for 4 - 5 people in independent old house part.
The house is situated in the historic village center of Guasti di Vernate. Quiet, private usable space directly, free of traffic in front of the house.
The apartment is accessed via a short external staircase. First, you enter the large living room with fireplace, a sofa and a modern kitchen with large dining table, guest toilet
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a sofa bed and a television in the gallery. Two lockable bedrooms with double beds, large closets. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
Shared use of a small pool in our neighboring property (distance 150 m). Table tennis and table football for free use. Motorboat shared:
Our new aluminum motorboat with 8 hp motor and a small cab at the nearby port of Magliaso available to our guests for a fee available. Lifejackets available in all sizes. The boat can be driven without a license. Maximum 6 people.

Wir wurden von Paolo sehr herzlich empfangen und verbrachten sehr schöne 6 Tage im Ticino . Das Loft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und es lässt sich nichts aussetzen. Es findet sich alles ,was benötigt wird und vieles mehr ;-) 😉
Paolo ,der Eigentümer, versorgte uns sehr zuvorkommend mit Informationen und Tipps bzgl Umgebung und Unternehmungen ..Unser besonderes Highlight war die Fahrt auf dem See im Boot ,das wir nutzen durften .So waren die sonnigen Tage was ganz besonderes für die Tochter ,die ihr Kapitänspatent erlangte ....
Rundum eine wunderschöne Zeit verbrachten wir in der Casa Negri ....bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal

Schon direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Paolo sehr herzlich begrüßt und einen tollen Überblick über die Möglichkeiten in der Ortschaft erhalten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Paolo kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste und macht es wirklich mit Leidenschaft. Die Lage des Hauses ist wundervoll mit einem kleinen Innenhof und tollen rustikalen Möbeln. Dazu durften wir mit dem Boot eine unvergessliche Tour machen. Die Zeit wird uns in einer schöner Erinnerung bleiben.
