The studio is furnished with a smart TV, a king-sized bed, and a full-sized convertible sofa—perfect for small children or a single adult. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge for your everyday essentials. The large, newly renovated bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower and vanity. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults comfortably.

We’ll send you detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior your arrival to make the process smooth and stress-free.
The Neighborhood:
🗺️ Centrally located in historic downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street. Walking distance to nearly all attractions and sightseeing points of interest. Stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants and establishments in town.
Getting Around:
✨ Walking is the best way to get around downtown. Old Town Trolley is also accessible (picks up just a few hundred yards from the apartment, at the City Gates). If you are planning to go to the beaches, you will need to drive.
Other Things to Note:
🐾 Pets allowed with a pet fee.
🚭 The studio and balcony are strictly non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke outside, right below the balcony

This spot is so cute and very convenient! My husband and I along with our 2 teenage boys stayed for 2 nights. It is located right down a cute row of shops that is right off of Saint George St. (the main pedestrian street everyone walks down in the historic district) in the 2nd floor above a cute shop. It has a little balcony where you can have coffee in the morning and is close to all the restaurants and shops. It includes a close parking spot. We didn't have to drive all weekend. We could explore the shops and restaurants and then go cool off and rest in our little place and then go back out. This will be our go to place to stay in St. Augustine from now on. Very comfortable, clean, and super adorable.

This was our first trip to St Augustine and the room was perfect!! It is right in the middle of everything. You can park the car and never have to move it. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Parking was very easy, plenty of things to do nearby, place was very nice. Hosts are great with communication. There was a minor issue with the bed, but they made the issue right! Hosts that care and a place that’s amazing and in the best location! Recommend 1000%
