The location was perfect! The room was quiet, decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

This was the second time we stayed at this apartment, so we knew what to expect, great location, very clean, nice shower and comfortable bed.
Still couldn’t understand coffee machine, but there a great coffee shop a short walk away, asked for early check in, initially had a response that they would check, but after that no other communication either way, a bit poor as we had to take the decision to travel whilst still waiting for a response, we ended up arriving at 11am and had to pay for parking instead of utilising the free parking that came with the apartment.

The location was phenomenal. The hosts were great and very responsive, and they made it a point to help my wife and I have an amazing and comfortable stay. We have always talked about staying in the downtown area as opposed to the beach where we usually stay. We will be staying at this facility during our future trips to St. Agustine, and we 're already looking forward to our next stay!

Location was fantastic. Once parking identified was nice to leave car. Everything within walking distance.
Updated bathroom was nice. Overall quiet room during night.
The directions were very confusing. We sent them details that may help the next tenants
The glassware was dirty but easily remedied. The room was clean but cluttered feel to it. Kitchenette limited. No sink other than bathroom. Could use some coffee mugs/utensils.
