About this house rental
Newly built, tastefully decorated home. Located in the countryside, just 5 minutes from downtown Alençon and its shops. Direct access to the Ecouves Forest and its trail running trail via walking paths. As a running and trail running enthusiast, I’ll be happy to recommend the best routes.
Ideal starting point for wonderful hiking or biking trips. 4 km from the Véloscenie greenway.
30 minutes from the Haras du Pin, 1 hour and 15 minutes from the beaches (Cabourg, D-Day Landings…), and 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack.

Brand-new, fully equipped 40-square-meter apartment. Modern amenities. One bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. The living area features a fully equipped and functional kitchen. The Rapido-style sofa converts into a double bed with a very comfortable Simmons mattress. Finally, the bathroom, with its walk-in shower, is spacious. A washing machine may come in handy.

Easy to check in. Greeted by Samuel who was very welcoming.
Lovely, warm, clean accommodation. Very secure with electric gates.
Samuel’s daughter made delicious cupcakes and brought them round which for us was so sweet and lovely.
Samuel gave us a great restaurant recommendation to go to in Alencon… superb choice!
Neighbours gave us fresh tomatoes & plums from their garden… so friendly & so were their sheep!
I would definitely recommend staying here and when we are next in Normandy, we will be sure to contact Samuel again!
