Authentic small stone house independent and completely renovated. You will benefit from Wi-Fi access, private parking and a terrace with garden furniture.
On the first floor, fully equipped kitchen (hood, multifunction oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, TV...) and living room with BZ for 2 additional people.
Upstairs: bedroom, bathroom and w.c. Ideally located 7 minutes from the city center of Alençon near the Arconnay golf course, the Alpes Mancelles, and the Normandy Maine park.
Many restaurants and shopping centers are nearby and there are also a multitude of outdoor activities to discover in the surrounding area such as hiking trails, the greenway, equestrian centers, tree climbing, fishing....
Whether it's for a business trip or to let yourself be seduced by the charm of Normandy, it's the ideal option!

If you want to wake up to birds singing and enjoy the country then this is the place for you. It is only about 15 minutes out of Alencon and the lace museum has the most wonderful exhibits. I wish we could have stayed longer, it is a beautiful area and Alencon is a delightful historical town.
