About this apartment rental
!!! The road through the town and therefore directly in front of the holiday park is currently being renovated, so there may be noise pollution from construction noise!!!
The apartment impresses with its spacious living and kitchen area with an open, well-equipped kitchen (installed in June 2022), including a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and plenty of dishes. In the middle is the height-adjustable dining table.
There is plenty of storage space for your belongings in the four-door, floor-to-ceiling closet. Drying racks, vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, etc. for longer stays can be found in the other half.
The cozy living room area is equipped with a seating and sleeping combination (new Bruno box spring 3-seater sofa from 2022, folds out into a 160 x 200 cm double bed), flat screen TV and radio with USB/CD player. The coffee table is a custom-made product by the Naturwerkstatt EigenArt and, like the clock and the pyramid lamp, is a real eye-catcher; all three play with the name of the apartment, “StrandGut”.
The electric fireplace with three heat settings creates a homely atmosphere.
The treasure chest contains many board games for cozy evenings. The well-stocked bookshelf offers reading material and CDs of various musical genres.
From the living area you can access the beautiful east-facing balcony with a table, chairs and a view of the lagoon. Here you can have a leisurely breakfast and enjoy the morning sun.
The bedroom has a cozy box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a wide shelf.
The apartment is suitable for up to four people. The underfloor heating spreads a pleasant warmth in all rooms in the cooler months.
There is a bike rental, a café, a restaurant and two snack bars in summer. There are regular bus connections to Timmendorf, Kirchdorf, the Schwarzen Busch and Wismar (with a change in Kirchdorf).
This is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is allergy-friendly: no down feathers, no carpets. Pets are not allowed! Unfortunately, the apartment is not barrier-free as it is on the 1st floor. The holiday apartment is equipped with fly screens.
You can rent a travel cot and high chair from PAS.
Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Unterkunft soweit sehr schön, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre super, eine Rampe auf der Treppe zu den Fahrradständern wäre hilfreich. Schade das es keinen Kiosk o.ä. im Ferienpark gibt, gab es wohl früher. Ganz großes Manko ist der Strand in Gollwitz. Das Wasser eine übelriechende,braune Brühe. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft-Vermittlung nichts.

großes Manko: Leider kein WLAN und auch sonst kaum Handy-Empfang
Das Gebäude ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sieht im unteren Bereich nicht sehr einladend aus. Die Wohnung ist aber, v.a. für den Preis (60 EUR p.N.) in Ordnung. Bis auf das kleine inneliegende Bad ist auch ausreichend Platz.

WLAN wäre super, da das Handynetz nicht besonders gut ist.
Insektengitter an den Fenstern würden den Mücken und in der Wohnung doch reichlich vorhanden Spinnen etwas entgegenwirken.
Ansonsten sehr nette Angestellte, Strandnähe und Parksituation super. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
