This cabin is located in Amish country , on a very sought after gravel road located in adams county OH . This is truly a hard to find setting . A person might see 3-4 cars in a 24 hour period . stunning view from front porch, Fire pit and wood provided . Literally all you need is yourself and food . Everything else is provided . There is no Wi-Fi or cable . This location is too remote for these , however a smart tv and plenty of dvds are provided . Great cell service on the property . One bedroom with a queen bed , and pull out sofa bed if you decide to bring the kids along . Everything you need to have a quiet stay with your loved one . My wife and I are sure you will love the cabin or we will refund some or all your money . We will guarantee you are 100% satisfied . There are no tricks here . Book with confidence!! Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in early August. We had the best, most relaxing time! Daughter 13 and son 9, did not care about no wifi. We all lost track of time and just hung out, spent time together and enjoyed the beautiful property.

I would challenge you to find any other property as clean and well maintained as this one. It is more stunning than the photos. Frank was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions I had. The hot tub was also very clean and not overly chlorided like other properties I have stayed at. Just stunning.

The cabin is located in a quiet wooded area, perfect for a low tech getaway.The cabin was clean, had many conveniences in the kitchen, was beautifully laid out. The patio provides a beautiful view of the property and great place for yoga. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Owner was really helpful and communicative, replied back to our queries quickly and helpfully. Something to know: Adams county where this cabin is located is a 'Dry County', no alcohol sales in majority of shops (like Walmart) etc, so plan ahead. Would highly recommend this beautiful cabin.

Where do I begin? Frank is so easy to speak with and helpful. Just a pleasant person.The property is gorgeous! The pictures do absolutely no justice for this home! It is so peaceful and quiet! I loved how remote it is! The stream along the road and property are breath taking. I spent the weekend there, it rained the entire time. But it still so much fun! So relaxing too! We just stayed at the Crows Nest and these photos do not even do it justice enough! My husband, my 11year old and our dog made the travel from Pittsburgh and it was such a wonderful experience! The house is new - beautifully furnished, equipped and decorated. The hot tub is very relaxing and we enjoyed the fire pit. Loved seeing birds and deer from the front deck. No bugs!! Great views of the sky and stars. Had a great hike at buzzardroost rock. Worth the drive! We cooked all our meals - loved the kitchen. Only drawback for us was a neighbor’s cat that wouldn’t leave us alone and tried to get in the house whenever we came in or out. I am allergic to cats so this was bothersome for us. Overall, highly recommend this property.

The owners have taken a great deal of care and attention to accommodate their guests. I’ve stayed at many places and really have never felt so lavished upon. And there are NOT a lot of rules and guidelines aside from common sense. I didn’t have to sign a rental agreement which always has so many pages of reading that I don’t have time for and it always scares me—like I’m signing my life away! If I had time for all that I wouldn’t need a getaway! Anyway, this cabin was perfect and provided a quiet place to spend time with the Lord. Could see deer from the front porch and warm up by a fire around the fire ring in the back. Could take walks around the property and get some exercise. The cabin inside was perfect in every way—super clean and spacious! There was an added benefit of a precious kitty that completely stole my heart as well!

Quiet with a modern look. Off the grid location, no Wi-Fi, so perfect if you need a break. Hot tub was amazing!! Did not use the fire pit, however it is nicely presented with plenty of wood. DVD’s are provided for watching movies. I recommend bringing CD’s if you like to listen to music while relaxing. We hope to return in the fall!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary here this weekend and wow, where to start. This property is beautiful and has everything you could desire for a "getaway". I want to call it a cabin but the beautifully appointed interior would beg to differ. The outside - expansive grounds to walk with a few dwellings and farms. We literally saw one car all weekend! A fire pit with a shed full of wood, complete with fire starters and lighters in a waterproof box. Adirondak chairs with handy, slide-out drink holders complete the setup fireside. The hot tub and grill on the covered back deck are awesome, we jumped in right away after our drive. Tons of stars on a clear night! The inside - Beautifully designed interior and a kitchen that leaves you wanting for nothing, complete with a bottle of wine from the host which was delicious. Appliances are top end with a Keurig, blender, instapot and plenty of pots and pans. The bed was totally comfortable with Malouf memory foam pillows, we didn't want to leave! There's plenty of extra everything, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Very clean.They really thought of everything.

Booked this place to get away for a few days and celebrate our 2nd anniversary. This hands down is the most amazing VRBO i have EVER booked! Absolutely everything was perfect! Walked in to a hand written note thanking us for staying, a bottle of family owned winery wine and a box of chocolates. The house had everything...and i mean EVERYTHING you could ever want. We will definately be back with my daughters and make.it a family trip! One thing to mention... the cabin says it does not have wifi, but i had zero problems hot spotting my phone and linking to the TV for netflix and all other streaming services. AT&T has fantastic service at this property!

Love the design of this cabin. Just a charming place to spend a *very* quiet weekend. Owner is super-responsive and you can tell this is a labor of love. A few notes to future guests: We have T-Mobile and there was virtually zero cell service at the cottage. If it's important to you, check if your carrier has coverage or not and be prepared. If you are at all "cheffy" and want to cook, the kitchen is beautiful, the appliances are awesome, but know that there are no knives (which is fine; knives at rental homes are always terrible). There are steak knives but no "cooking" knives. Glad I brought my own. Otherwise, nice pots and pans and baking sheets.
