Located on the main level is the one half bath, well furnished dining and living area both with hardwood floors. The living room has power reclining furniture and a 48" LED flat screen TV. The updated kitchen and laundry closet are also on the main level. The master bedroom with queen bed is also located on the main level with private bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on the upper level with queen bed. The second bath is on the upper level landing with walk in shower. The 10'x15' deck is perfect for outdoor dining! Wireless internet provided. This property is within walking distance to Beaver Drive #74 (sleeps 6) and Beaver Lane #7 (sleeps 4). Gas grill. No Smoking. No Pets. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
