BLUE WATER DRIVE #65-4 (Sleeps six/1065 Sq. Feet) $170 per night (W$155)LAKESIDE, semi-secluded two-bedroom two-bathroom duplex. Beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout and decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 19' TV with DVD/VCR. Second bedroom has KING BED, 25' TV, and DVD/VCR. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV, DVD, stereo, and sliding glass doors to private deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. An adjoining door to #3 for groups. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. There are two parking spaces available. There are two parking spaces available. Together, both Blue Water Drive properties, 65-3 and 65-4, will sleep a total of 12 guests!

Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Large level yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the yard.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!! The owner was friendly and VERY accommodating!!!Overall a great weekend for us and the VRBO made it even better!!

We have stayed here before but it was a while back so we couldn’t remember the layout. It was perfect for our fishing trip! Actually the access to bank fishing, right out back, was so much fun. Close to Eureka Springs.

Host interaction, wi-fi wouldn't work. We had to use up our hot spot to watch TV messaged the host. We got no relpy no help with that. The hot tub needs cleaned. There was gross slimy film all around the water line. The kitchen floor has very soft spots in front of the refrigerator area. Someone is going break through that soon. The shower caddy in the main bedroom has mold around the sunken cups. May I suggest that if you're going to advertise a Fireplace in the description you might want to either state that the renter needs to supply their own firewood / fire logs. Most every other rentals I've ever rented supplied fire logs/firewood.
