We chose this location because of its proximity to Eureka Springs, but also the offerings of the property. The neighborhood is super quiet and very clean. The lake is a short walk away and lovely. My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The property was very clean and accurate to the listing. It was spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. No one was crowded which is always a plus! Things to note: 1. The water does have a lot of calcium in it, so if you have picky water drinkers - bring your own gallons. 2. The bridge to/from Eureka Springs side is under construction, so it is worth the drive around it to avoid it. (As of 10/20/24.) 3. If you stay here, take the short drive to Stateline BBQ because it was FANTASTIC! 4. If you have littles or little dogs, bring a gate to block the stairs. Bonus: There are ample pillows and blankets which was so nice!

We loved this place! Very clean and very nicely decorated! Make sure you turn the porch light on before you leave if it'll be dark out before you return, the steps are a little tricky in the dark! The french press was a nice touch, as was the included games and books! Definitely recommend!

It was a fun and cheery little house! We had a great time! There is a pack and play provided which makes the night time a little safer for tiny tots upstairs because the railing is a little wide between rungs. Everything was convenient, the layout was nice and open, and we enjoyed the multiple porches for outdoors time at the house

The only I wasn't prepared for was the day of check-in the debited my account for and additional $150 for a deposit when I called and asked about I was told as long as there were no incidentals it would be refunded in 5-10 days that was definitely unexpected and would have been nice to know before hand.

A group of college friends and I decided to take a trip between semesters and we loved our stay. We loved the openness of the house and it's balconies, it made it easy to hangout inbetween trips to the nearby towns. The kitchen had all the basics and utensils so we only needed to bring essential ingredients, and there was extra pillows, blankets and towels throughout the property which was very nice. Overall a wonderful stay with incredibly helpful hosts.

Very easy to check in and out! The place was so clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was so cute! This was a Birthdaycation for my 16 year old daughter. We will definitely be back! My daughter left her jacket and they offered to have it mailed back to us! That is what I call great customer service!

We had a great time during our stay! The bed was so comfy that I’m searching for the same kind to buy for home. Everything we needed was there - towels, pool noodles, coffee. The host was wonderful and provided great tips for the area. My only caution is that it may not be ideal if you have babies or toddlers. There’s stairs and a balcony on the second floor. Definitely a place we would come back to!!

This loft-style condo was very clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner's coffee blend excellent. It has 2 decks giving great views of the area and the small, but clean propane grill was a nice addition. We had no issues with the condo and highly recommend it. It is about a pleasant 1 hour drive to the Branson, MO area and only 6 miles or so to Eureka Springs.
