"The Sand Dollar" a fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bath duplex with remarkable views of the Atlantic Ocean Step off your own private deck right onto the sand from this beautiful home on the West End of Holden Beach, NC. Enjoy spectacular views from sunrise to sunset from your private ocean front and marsh view decks. The first floor deck which is just steps from the beach offers spacious seating an enjoyable space to watch the sun rise with your favorite morning beverage. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the Dolphins often seen swimming by from your 2nd floor private Master Bedroom's sundeck. A third deck located off the first floor bedroom and has lovely, unobstructed view of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.
The Sand Dollar is roomy and located directly on the beach. Prepare meals or beverages while you marvel at the oceanfront views in the open kitchen all while enjoying the company within. A first floor laundry room is conveniently located around the corner from the kitchen. A convenient outdoor hot/cold water shower and a shaded driveway are there for your enjoyment.

We've been to Holden more than two dozen times. Being ocean side is always special. Time of year, beautiful. Property had updated electric, wifi and appliances. Beds, however we're to soft because of foam padding under sheets.
Also this was the first time we ever needed to get exterminator for "palmetto bugs". Local vrbo rep, proactive vacations, were prompt and unobtrusive in spraying. Property needs further renovations for plumbing and splintering deck etc. That said, the general impression, decor and location are very good.

Awesome stay with incredible views. Highly recommend staying here. The beds were comfy and the rooms were ample. The kitchen had everything you need.
