About this apartment rental
Brand new mountain condo has plenty of room for everyone! One mile from downtown Winter Park and less than ten minutes from the ski area. Granby, Grand lake, Rocky Mountain national park are all easily accessible! We have spared no expense to make sure every guest has a wonderful and comfortable stay, from the premium bedding, all brand new beds and furniture, to the custom bunk beds in the study! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make an extended stay or a quick weekend. We have provided a new Keurig k cup machine as well as a Nespresso for those who enjoy the pick me up of an espresso!
Relax in the brand new 6 person hot tub on the private balcony over looking the beautiful sprawling mountains. The balcony also has anew natural gas grill.
The two main bedrooms have new King beds with premium mattresses and bedding for the perfect night’s sleep. Each bedroom, including the bunk room, has new smart tvs. We have also included a highchair and pack and play for little ones. This is a second floor unit which has high ten foot ceilings and a corner gas fireplace to cozy up to on those cold mountain nights. A new front load washer and dryer are located in the condo, all toiletries including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are included in the bathrooms. We also have a pack and play, high chair, and games included for the little ones. The dining table has seating for 8 plus the kitchen island has four comfortable chairs. The main living room has a new 65 inch smart tv with a comfy leather sofa which is also a queen sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress. Free shuttles run in front of the condos to the ski resorts and surrounding areas. Private locked ski locker right outside the front door to conveniently store your gear.

Clean and well equipped property with lots of great details. Heated pads on the deck to make hot tub access in the snow so much easier. Humidifier provided! Very comfortable furniture and beds, with lots of fuzzy blankets for snuggling. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Condo is just as described. It was perfect size for 2 couples, but could easily accomodate 6 more kids with the bunk beds and pull out couch. Close to Highway 40. Easy to get to Safeway in Fraser or restaurants in Winter Park. About a 10 min drive to WP resort base village. Plenty of towels and linens, including additional towels for hot tub.

We have been coming to Winter Park for many years and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. It is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The area where you come in is the perfect place to put all of your skis, coats, and boots. Everything in the condo is top of the line and it was very clean! This condo has everything you need for a perfect stay.

This place was awesome! A nice basket of goodies when we arrived, nice and spacious living area, updated kitchen, totally clean, tons of dishes and totally stocked kitchen. Some nice toys and games in the kids room, and the hot tub was perfect ! All the details and extras were thought of.
Location was nice to be able to walk to the brewery, and we watched a beautiful sunrise/sunset from our balcony.
