- A living room with a single bed, a trundle bed, and a television.
- A kitchenette in the living room equipped with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 induction hobs, 1 refrigerator, hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, and fondue set.
- A shower room with included toilet.
It has a view of Mont Blanc and faces northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

The residence is ideally located in the resort's center. Access possible via underground carpark. Parking not included, but can be booked as optional extra.
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like a ski school ESF and a nursery. Many events are organized on the central place of Carreau. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agency.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
