This 30 m² duplex apartment, rated 2 stars, is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 5 people. It includes:
Upstairs (slightly steep staircase)
- A sloping ceiling bedroom with 3 single beds
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
On the ground floor
- A living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 DVD player
- An independent kitchenette with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a raclette set.
It has a view of Carreau Square and faces east. The ski locker is in the residence.

The residence is ideally located in the resort's center. Access possible via underground carpark. Parking not included, but can be booked as optional extra.
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.

Departure : 10 am
