We had a great stay at this appartement!

The appartement is spacious for this area, that is what we appreciated the most! Also it has two bathrooms which is nice for 5/6 people. It very well located.

Confusing a conflicting information on arrival. Harrasment on the last day because of the dispute over cleaning fee, and

The owner of the property and the concierge were giving conflicting information about the keys, pick up time, opening hours ect. I ended up leaving the car at the public parking lot because non of them could provide me digicode to access the garage before my arrival. The apartment was not clean, I found one of the trash bins in the bathroom not emptied. As part of the booking they require you to pay a cleaning fee, in my case 115€, which is fine. What supprised me was that they requested from us to do the cleaning of the appartment our selfs when I contacted them about checkout. When I raised a question about the purpose of cleaning fee, indicating that that should be coverd by the fee, they started stressing me over messages how they have reported me to booking.com, how I should not expect to have a hotel service, that I have no respect. This went on for the whole day, completely ruining my last day of vacation.

The living room is spacious, the view is spectacular and the appartment is very quiet. 2 bathrooms is really convenient with 6 people in the appartment as well as the separated toilet. We had lots of space for our luggage. Bonus point for the seats and cushions in the living room which add extra comfort. Unbeatable value

It isn't exactly 50m from the ski lift (more like 200m) We could have used an oven for the meals (the microwave isn't really convenient for the meals we wanted to cook) I think the wifi should be provided for free

Big apartment, perfect for a family. Incredible view of the valley. Warm and cosy.

Great location, cosy and big apartment with all the items - kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and fridge (small shelf freezer). Plenty of space for family board games in the evening. Comfy beds. Quiet complex and village with incredible views. Lovely place and would recommend for families.

Bonjour très bon séjour agréable jolie paysage très belle vu en face de la montagne et de la vallée nous étions bien placé stationnement pratique avec le parking privé seule inconvenient les trajets jusqu'àu centre ville (Bourg St Maurice) établissement très calme

Peu de choses a faire à part les balades près de la station commerces tout et fermé ce qui et dommage a notre surprise notamment le spar et restaurant pas éclairage le soir au 11 étage dans le couloir pour traversé le palier en sortant de l accenseur ce qui nous et arriver un soir ce qui et dommage niveau cuisine il manque un four

Superbe appartement, mais difficulté d'approvisionnement hors saison.

La vue depuis le living et balcon et la région, très bien situé pour la randonnée pédestre. La réaction très rapide du propriétaire suite à un blocage de l'ascenseur. Il à été dépanné dans la journée

Le fait qu'il n'est pas signalé sur l'annonce que la station est fermée à partir du 31/08/2025. Donc un village vide de tout les commerces. Le super U de Bourg Saint Maurice est quand même à une demi heure de voiture

Séjour agréable aux Coches

Clap de fin de ce beau séjour de 4 jours. L'appartement est très agréable pour 6 personnes, facile d'accès, bien aménagé et surtout situé avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Nous garderons cette adresse pour nos prochaines venues aux Coches.

Grand appartement très fonctionnel et très bon rapport qualité/prix sur le domaine Paradiski. C'est la 2ème fois que j'y séjourne, nous étions 7 adultes cette fois-ci et tout le monde était enchanté. L'accès aux 2 domaines est très facile. Le propriétaire est très sympa et la résidence très calme

La chambre à 3 lits est petite pour 3 adultes et sans rangement

Très agréable !

Très bel appartement, tout est bien pensé, facile d'accès, à 300 mètres des restaurants, des commerces et des pistes. Le parking, le local à ski, le grand balcon sont vraiment des atouts qui ont agrémenté notre séjour. L'appartement bénéficie d'une très jolie vue sur les montagnes avec une belle clarté. Il ne manque rien ! Même les jeux de société sont présents... Explications très précises et documentées par le propriétaire, pas de possibilité de se tromper ! Un grand merci !
