About this apartment rental
Our 55 m2 apartment (Carrez law) sleeps 8 in 3 separate bedrooms.
It is located in the heart of the centre of the resort of Les Coches, now renamed Montchavin La Plagne.
Organised in duplex, the 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet are upstairs. On the 1st level, the living room, the kitchen area, the dining area, a bathroom and a toilet.
In winter, it falls into the "Ski-in/ski-out" category because at the foot of the building you have the departure of the Plan Bois chairlift and eggs going up to the top of the Plagne Paradiski area.
The balcony is south facing to enjoy an alfresco lunch.

The resort is at 14520m, an ideal altitude for a summer holiday!
Departing from Les Coches, the eggs will take you up to altitude to start your summer hikes! Also take advantage of the children's clubs and the Paradisio area in Montchavin (1250m above sea level) accessible by the shuttles of the tourist office!
and for the winter...
Near or within the resort, ski joering, dog sledding are to be tried! Look at the Montchavin la Plagne website / winter activities

We had a great time. Good value appartment, great location, well equipped, although you need to bring your own duvets, we missed this in the info, blankets are provided.
