This divisible 27 sqm studio, rated 1 star, is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator but accessible in 1 floor from the top of the residence) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room with 1 double bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- A sleeping area with bunk beds
- An independent kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).

The residence is ideally located in the resort's center. Access possible via underground carpark. Parking not included, but can be booked as optional extra
The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
