Montain hut Almhütte Katharina in a fantastic secluded location

Die einzeln stehende Berghütte ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der sonnigen Hanglage am Waldrand ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Schaukel, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Lagerfeuerplatz.


Location
Mühlbach im Pinzgau. The montain hut is located on a 20000 sqm open forest plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our rustic Almhütte Katharina is a rustic and romantic hut from the 19th century that retains its charm from the last centuries.

However, the hut has been adapted and modernized to meet today's comfort standards. So there is infrared heating in every room and hot water is available from an electric boiler. In the hut there are two showers behind a curtain in the hallway and two separate toilets are in the house. To keep the hut warm and cozy, there are two large wood stoves and there is also plenty of wood.

Access is via a mountain road (unpaved, length 500 m). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking is available on the property. The journey by car is easily possible in the summer to the house, in winter, the way to the house also cleared, but you need snow chains and four-wheel drive to the house. Otherwise, there is parking to about 250 meters in front of the house.

Elektroheizung. Es gibt in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum eine Infrarotheizung plus 3 Holzöfen ,somit ist eine durchgehende angenehme Wärme.

Warmwasser gibt es über einen Strom-Boiler. Reichlich Holz zum Einheizen ist vorhanden. Gitterbett, Kinderstuhl, Internetzugang (WLAN), Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.

Im Sommer: Badesee Hollersbach 2,5 km in Hollersbach (Strand mit Wiese, Sand und Steinen). Unterhalb des Grundstücks befindet sich der Fluss Salzbach, entlang diesem führt Sie ein schöner kilometerlanger Fahrradweg auf Entdeckungstour. Hollersbach 9 km mit Erlebnisspielplatz, Freibad. Rafting oder Canyoning am Wildkogel. Im Winter: Skilift 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Skigebiet 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen). Skibus 500 m. Skiverleih, Skischule jeweils 2,5 km in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Rodelbahn in Neukirchen 7 km. Bramberg am Wildkogel und Neukirchen am Grossvenediger sind Teil des Skigebiets der Wildkogel-Arena, das sich zwischen dem Nationalpark Hohe Tauern und den Kitzbüheler Alpen erstreckt. Panoramabahn 2 km zu den Kitzbüheler Alpen.

The entrance to your mountain hut is located on the ground floor and leads directly into the vestibule with wardrobe.
Ground floor: Common room with sitting area. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 3 additional beds on couch/sofa and a fold-out mattress. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed. Eat-in kitchen with sitting area, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area, electric stove (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dryer. Ski room with for parking in the woodshed. Separate toilet with WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom (walk-through room) with 3 single beds and with sink and a sink in the hallway which is delimited with a wall and a curtain. 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds. Bathroom with with shower facility, shower, window and 2 shower cubicles. Separate toilet with WC and window.
