Great apartment but a little pricey. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful apartment. Loads of space. Big kitchen/living area. All bedrooms ensuite. TV in all rooms. Sauna in one of the ensuites. Lots of storage. Ample and easy underground parking off street. Ski boot room with warmers. All very nice.

minor issue - very uncomfortable sofa! Ski bus from outside only 3 times in the morning. Otherwise 450m walk. No ski bus passes in afternoon, so 450m walk in afternoon back to apartment. Again, not too bad really but just good information.

Luxurious apartment in a great location, perfect for a skiing holiday

Conveniently located, between the city center and the ski slopes. There's a ski bus stop just outside, but it's a bit of a wait if you want to use that. Luckily, there is also plenty available parking right under the lift and it's free, and it takes just a few minutes to get there this way. You do have to take care to get back to the same area later though ;)

All of the equipment in the apartment was top notch and plentiful for such a stay, though we could use a few more mugs (there were lots of glasses, though). The washing machine mentioned in the description was not actually located in the apartment - it's one shared machine (for all the rental apartments?) and one dryer - if you are out of luck, someone will be using it the moment you need it - we ran into this problem, but luckily was able to do the laundry on the next day.

Property not as promised.

Large spacious apartment with modern facilities.

When we booked this apartment with Booking.com it was described as having a mountain view. Unfortunately this was an error and our window view was of a concrete wall overlooking the entrance to reception and the underground car park. With it being hot and needing the windows open, we had a lot of noise from cars entering and leaving the garage and from guests entering and leaving reception.

Basic apartment.

Well the building has mountain view. This apartment has wall view. Cleaning good when you by yourself clean. No cleaning during the week. Bed is soft. Someone likes. There is construction site near. So side by side with the construction and they are working 6-days 7am to 6pm. We got in advance 10 message information and upselling. No mentioned this minor thing. We had baby and two dogs so disaster not to inform quality problem.

This is a beautiful facility but there were a lot of details missed and I felt like we were a burden vs valued customers

This property has a lot to offer. The space is beautiful and the location is good. It provides a lot of community space within the apartment.

I think the most important thing to know is that the Chalet does not have a staffed front desk. It’s more like an AirB&B in that other than check in you connect with the staff via phone and text. It is not ski in ski out as listed, but as mentioned in the comments the bus stops right across the street. You can ski back from the mountain close to the property and take a short walk to the Chalet, but we had to find this out on our own. They do not arrange transportation as listed, but will provide information for local transportation companies. Many of the small details that make your stay great were not taken care of including steps were never shoved, no batteries in a remote, garbage bags were not stocked, the ski lockers were not built to accommodate the size of our party, and on arrival the oven steam containers we full of brown water.

We had a wonderful experience at Chalet Alpine Jewel. literally everything was perfect and amazing. The most beautiful and gorgeous building in the area, perfect location, pleasant and helpful from desk (Qendresa was kind and welcoming), high quality services, parking garage, heated ski lockers, beautiful interior and materials, fully equipped flat, spacious bedrooms and living room, large balcony and spectacular mountains view, very clean, charming, new equipments and furniture, good value of money.

When we arrive the towels was not available in all the toilets and when we asked the receptionist she said she left the chalet and will bring ot tomorrow and i think that is not professional at all

Amazing luxuary appartment

Big, luxuary appartment with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Huge living room with beautiful TV and a nice kitchen. The rooms are amazing! Each appartment has 2 private parking lots in the garage. Bus stop close by and in less than 5mins you are at the slopes. 5mins walk to centre village. A big thanks to Sophia who welcomed us and did everything to give us a great holiday.

Machine à laver la vaisselle en panne TOUT le séjour !!! On a du faire la vaisselle à la main. Pour une locatikk on n a 1100 chf par jour ça n’est pas acceptable. De plus le frigo à vin était également hors service.
