Exceptional

The apartment was very cozy and perfect for our family trip. Every bedroom has their seperate bathroom and the seating area is big enough for 9 people. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Very enjoyable stay and would come back here again if visiting Kirchberg area.

Owner was very helpful. Short walk to town. No issues with parking. Kitchen well organized and clean. Separate garage area for drying boots and keeping skis. Interesting that the home is integrated with a farm milking cows in the winter, which we learned was common on Austria. Access to major lifts in KitzSki and SkiWelt were only a 15 minute drive or bus stop at the bottom of the hill,

Common area could have been a little more comfortable. Restaurant information in English would have helped but I understand that most visitors speak German.

Good

The host was lovely and very accommodating

unfortunately, the apartment had a very bad smell of cigarette smoke. For non-smokers, this was pretty disappointing. The showers went hot and cold which was not pleasant.

Fabulous

The host is very very kind! Everyone had its own bathroom. Perfect for a vacation with 4 couples! Everyone of us was happy with this house.

Lovely spacious and clean accommodation with a wonderful host.

What a lovely house, our host was fantastic so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, we were 4 couples and the layout was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Miriam. We would recommend Hölzlbauer.

The only small negative for us was the location, slightly out of town and we needed two bus rides to get to our slope.. However you can use taxis which are readily available.

Ruim appartement met veel oog voor detail. Veel keukenspullen, aan alles is gedacht.

In de hal hangt een rooklucht, de handdoeken ruiken ook naar sigarettenrook.

Super nette Gasgeberin. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem Bsuernhof- kuhmistgeruch sollte nicht stören. Ansonsten wir hier Mülltrennung sehr ernst genommen - sehr positiv 🥸 Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut!!! Super viele große Töpfe und Pfannen- hier braucht man nichts mitbringen- echt top!!👍

Einige Dinge (Kleinigkeiten) waren defekt- klopapierrolle in Zimmer 2, wandschranktür im gemeinschaftsraum;

Heerlijk verblijf op mooie locatie

Mooie ligging t.o.v. dorp en skilift. Leuke combinatie met boerenbedrijf (koeien). Ruime slaapkamers en gezellige woonkamer met grote rondzit. Prima uitgeruste keuken.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in Gehdistanz zum Ort

Es war die optimale Unterkunft für unser Familienwochenende. Die Zimmer und die Küche waren top ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Tiere auf dem Hof haben den Kindern sehr gefallen.

Wenig Platz um bei schönem Wetter draussen gemeinsam zu sitzen. Der Esstisch war nur bedingt für 9 Personen geeignet. Wir haben in 2 "Sitzungen" gefrühstückt, aber das hat gut funktioniert.

Appartement compleet en in goede staat (goede bedden, nieuw sanitair in elke kamer), zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host (Miriam). Groot doorlopend balkon voor elke kamer.

Gebroken enkel op derde dag maar zowel host als appartement kan daar niets aan doen ;)
