Located in Klong Muang on the road to the Royal Palace. 150 meters from one of the most beautiful
wild beaches of the Krabi region and in front of a restaurant facing the sea.

This villa can accommodate 4 to 6 people thanks to its outbuilding the bungalow "Alexia". Modern style on 2 levels. Broadband WiFi.
On the ground floor a large terrace with outdoor lounge and massive dining table.
Two very large sliding wooden bays overlooking the American kitchen equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, 2 gas hob with extractor, double sink and sound huge bar island in pink marble. Teak storage furniture in a large vital space. Behind the kitchen a utility room with storage and washing machine then sink, mirror and bathroom toilet.
Separated by a low concrete wall, the chaise longue sofa with its TV.
The very high ceilings with 2 large ceiling fans keep this room well ventilated thanks to the window bars and mosquito nets.
Upstairs 2 large bedrooms with king size teak beds equipped with bedside tables and storage unit and armchair. In each bedroom ceiling fan, cupboard and bathroom with mirror sink, toilet and hot water shower.
Then another terrace overlooking the sea view from the rooms and allowing you to admire the sunset!
In a lush exotic garden, the Alexia outbuilding, a modern style bungalow, receives two other people at an additional cost. 2 single beds can be put together either for a couple or 2 friends.
Storage unit, towel rack, night tables, large closet. Large sliding window, large window with bars and mosquito net.

The host of the house was excellent. He even drove my daughter and I to the local hospital after she fell and needed a stitch. The house is in great condition and in a great location. We had a really nice time there. I would recommend it.

Perfect! We got no problems. MR. Sebastian is a good landlord. He got many contacts in Krabi. For everything he knows somebody. We booked a ride to hong island. We git picked up at our house. Got our one boat. It was brilliant. Everything is very strucured. You dont have to think about anything. Near the house are the pine bungalows a beautiful place like heaven. It was amazing. I woud come back.

The house was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. There is easy beach access and town walking distance from the property. Sebastien is an amazing host! He is easy to communicate with and happy to help with organizing tours and anything else you may need.

We were very happy with our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from Ao Nang, near several beaches and a short drive from a nature trail. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked and the entire place was very clean when we arrived. We especially enjoyed the front covered patio, which had large fans for cooling and very comfy chairs. This is a very nice choice if you’re looking for a place away from the noise of the tourist center.
