Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

Great one bedroom condo, two bathrooms. Lot of things to do. The Oceanview was/is breath taking. The Dolphin cruise was so much fun.

Great location! Getting in was breeze. Would suggest mattresses get updated or at least put a foam topper on them. Only thing is we didn’t get the check out list/expectations before leaving. Communicated with them what we did do though.

The room has a great view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed it. Our only complaint is we wished the bed and especially the bunk bed mattresses were more comfortable.

Tradewinds is old and in desperate need of repair. The outside has 2 different color paints..the entire building needs new paint. The stairwells are dark and not well lit. The threshold and push bars on stairwell doors are completely rusted. The concrete in hallways look old and dirty. Light fixtures in halls need to be replaced. Tiles around the pool are missing. The location is the best thing about the building. Our unit, 103, was tastefully decorated. The kitchen sink was rusted and dishwasher and stove looked dated. The bathrooms were extremely small. The couch had seen better days. We enjoyed our week on the beach but would not stay at Tradewinds again. The rental company was good to deal with.
