Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's, or watercraft allowed onsite.

Everything was just as described. The beach and pool are fantastic. Never crowded at all. .Never heard anything from other rooms on the side or above. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Nice quiet vacation. Thanks.

Overall we enjoyed the beachfront property. It was our second stay at the Tradewinds. We booked it for the two bathrooms. We were notified the second bathroom was leaking into the downstairs condo from the HOH. Told someone would come in to check it out. Someone can in and turned the water off. Never heard back again if it was fixed or not so for 2 weeks we could not use the second bathroom. Microwave door handle loose. Window shade master bedroom bent and busted up.

My wife and I went to the beach for a conference/vacation. It is a smaller condominium which means not as crowded, which is a major plus for us. We have stayed at this complex several times and have never been disappointed. This particular room was just as advertised, everything functioned properly and the check-in process was seamless. I would definitely recommend.
