In the living room, a Queen sofa sleeper ensures ample sleeping space, allowing up to 6 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, while the stacked washer and dryer keep your beachwear fresh. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Please fill this out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's, or watercraft allowed onsite.

We stayed for our daughter’s senior trip. Apartment was exactly what we wanted. The location was perfect. My daughter and her friend were happy as well.

Trade winds is a really nice property at a reasonable price. The condo was much improved from our stay a couple of years ago. Have condo information to friends and we plan to return in the fall. Overall a great vacation.

Unit nice .. had several normal west issues that needed to be addressed -very slow drain in hall bathtub , fan switched couldn’t allow fan to be tan without light on as well , light in family room fan was out , light flickering on /off in hall bath vanity , need small cookware pots for grits or making sweet tea -only larger mid size boiler there , need more small spoons for cereal, silver swing over part on interior front lock broken and missing the clasp -needs this to be fixed badly in the event the codes are never changed from rental to rental ..Anyone can enter this unit with same codes ..
