On the fourth floor of this superbly conceived building for 21st century living, this two-bedroom apartment offers every convenience including air conditioning and heating throughout. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is storage space on either side, an additional wardrobe and the luxury of an electric blind for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which when not in use can lift up giving more space to move around in. This room also has a desk, plenty of built in storage and remote-control mood lighting to suit every moment. Both bedrooms have French windows opening onto the balcony.
Bathrooms
The Italian-tiled bathroom has excellent lighting, plenty of mirrored storage space and a bathtub for truly unwinding. It also has a shower fitting with glass screen and a heated towel rail.
Kitchen and living area
The open plan kitchen and living space opens on to the terrace creating a bright room at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven with four hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Full laundry equipment is also provided. A circular marble dining table with comfortable chairs for four will make every mealtime a pleasure and there is a matching marble coffee table in the lounge area, with a sleek leather sofa and comfortable armchair for relaxing in front of the TV.

The apartment is really lovely, well furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. It was all very clean and everything in the apartment worked as it should. We loved the big balcony and the security shutters. It was also air conditioned. The location was fantastic, just two blocks from the beach and 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes bike ride to the old town. The building is modern and secure and generally very quiet. The parking is in a secure carpark underneath the building and easy to access. Our only issue was there was a loud intermittent electrical noise that occurred every few minutes throughout the night. It is loud enough to keep light sleepers awake. We couldn't figure out what was causing it and it happened every night of our stay. Apart from that, the place was perfect and we had a great stay.

The property was great. Public transport in Nice is currently a mess, but it'll get better.
The apartment is very well situated, comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the smart tv. Excellent greeter who asked us what we wanted to see during our visit and gave us advice about transport, and made some suggestions of her own. Thanks so much.
