This studio is located in a walking distance to Wrigley Field, Boys Town, CTA public transportation, brown metro line that leads to downtown, and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and many different shops. The place has everything to make you feel comfortable – Wi-Fi, wide range of streaming services such as Netflix and Sling TV etc., iron, hairdryer, queen size bed, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and tableware.

We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again. We can't speak to ease of neighborhood street parking since we used a SpotHero spot about 10 min walking distance away. Nice area - not a far walk to the Brown Line.The bed was comfortable with nice pillow options. Liked the warm lighting options, hardwood floors, variety of streaming services. Overall, place was fairly clean; only some dust in a few spots and kitchen microfiber cloths could've used a wash.Kitchen seemed newly remodeled - nice appliances, well stocked for cooking, and complimentary waters.Bathroom is quite small but biggest con for us was the weak shower water pressure. Bathroom window didn't stay open. Liked swivel on bathroom faucet.Couple things to be mindful of if staying here - breaker can trip (there's written instructions in the unit on how to reset it and it was simple to do). Additionally, if sensitive to strong fragrances like Glade or laundry detergent, this place may not be for you.

Really basic where you couldn't easily have a couple of relatives come over for a visit. Couch funky, not many simple chairs. The carpet in the halls, especiall the stairs were embarrassing.Was reasonably priced.
