About this apartment rental
Enjoy Chicago while staying in our private guest suite in a fantastic Wrigleyville location! We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our furnished guest space while you explore the city. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
The space
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen mattresses, luxurious white sheets and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is gorgeous with new double-sinks, under-cabinet lighting and a massive spa-like shower. A convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!
Guest access
Please be advised there is no common area or living room in the space. However your unit is separate from the above units, with your own private, self-check-in entrance - so you can come and go as you please. Great patio space to enjoy as well!
Other things to note
The entrance to the unit is in the rear of the building, through the back door. To get there, you pass through a breezeway at the right side of the building. There are a few stairs down to get into the unit, but once you are inside, there aren't any stairs and the shower is a walk-in. You'll never have to worry about losing a key because the unit is accessed with a key code lock!
There is free parking in front of the house (first-come, first-serve), however, you can't park there after 6 pm. I am happy to offer you parking passes for after 6pm each day, just please ask in advance! I'll usually leave some in the unit, but just in case. Using the App Spot Hero will show you where to find the closest overnight parking at the lowest rate. It is also easy to hail an Uber/Lyft from the unit, as they are always nearby in the neighborhood and it is a short drive into downtown.
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Overall a good stay. Communication with owner went well . Appreciated early check in so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around the day we arrived. We were a little disconcerted that the only separation between us and the owner was a curtain. As two women traveling, this did not feel as secure as we would expect. Also surprised by no common sitting area. Just bedrooms, bathroom, coffee maker and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the space heaters provided a comfortable temperature.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Brian was helpful when I arrived and had trouble with the door. The location is fantastic, a short walk to Wrigley Field and, if you're up for it, a longer walk to the lakefront down Addison. In the opposite direction and steps away, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a historic fine arts theater and shopping on Southport. Uncommon Ground on Clark Street has excellent food and drinks, kind servers and friendly patrons. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if you need them. We didn't use the coffee maker or teapot, but if you plan to do so, you might want to bring your own bottled water.

Location was great. Easy access to everything we needed. Unit was quiet and bedrooms were good for sleeping.Unit could have been cleaner. TV mount was broken. Electrical socket behind beds did not look safe.
