Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. This is a designer decorated three bedroom residence adjacent to Wrigley Field.
Major League comfort and convenience awaits you at the closest lodging to Wrigley Field. We are conveniently located across from one of the entrances to Wrigley Field, within one of the iconic Wrigley Rooftop buildings.
We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Wrigleyville in a quality environment. Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds.

This property features an incredible outdoor patio with 120 feet of frontage along Waveland Ave. No other residential property features such frontage along Wrigley Field's outfield. You may even see a fly balls enter the property's outdoor patio. The patio also features a high end Weber Genesis gas grill and a large picnic table. This is an amazing place to people watch and enjoy the festivities on cubs game days.
The residence was completely renovated in 2018. This residence includes new designer linens and towels. Beds and mattresses are new as is all furniture, floor coverings and accessories. Kitchen is all new with high end appliances, perfect for private dining or entertaining.

- Bedroom 1 has a king bed
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a twin over double bunk
- There is an additional twin folding bed in this residence.

This residence offers an experience second to none. You will be able to immerse yourself in the surrounding Wrigleyville festivities while relaxing comfortably in your fully furnished private apartment.
Step out of the residence and you're privy to all that Wrigleyville has to offer: theater, fine dining, shopping and the world famous Wrigley Field is next door. It's a Wrigleyville dream, right at your doorstep.

Transportation is a breeze with the "L" Train Red Line stop just around the corner, plenty of available pay parking lots, and a limitless amount of taxis just outside your door. Uber is also excellent.
Housekeeping
Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $150 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.
Parking
We do not have parking. Spothero is great site to check for parking spaces.

1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests.
2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.

Excellent location. Loved being right by wrigley. Close to addison red line which was great and also a bus line. Sleeps a lot of people and beds were cozy. Nice place for our family of 5.

Great location, owners were very easy to communicate with, a 3rd story walk up, but not bad, clean, and just what we wanted. Beds were comfortable. We were there for the game but the noise was expected and not unreasonable. easy walk to stadium and place to eat.

Great location and perfect for Cubs game. Basics were not maintained though. Bring your own light bulbs and batteries for tv remotes. And hunt through the cluttered junk drawer to find a lighter to use the stove. The marketing materials didn’t specify that there are steep steps up to the second floor unit without adequate safety railings so just be aware if anyone in your party has reduced mobility. There is also a back door leading to a dark staircase that felt less than safe even with the locks that were installed. The streets are very loud during a Cubs game which should be expected. This seems like a great party house but not ideal for a family trip. Be aware that you have to secure your own parking and there are options close by. But dropping off suitcases or groceries is difficult with the traffic so be prepared to haul your stuff from your car. The charm of the old building is apparent but was turned off by seeing a clean shower with used toiletries left in the bathroom, stains on the couch. Although there were throw blankets for the couch they didn’t appear or smell like they had been washed recently so were not useful. Bring your own.
